Architect Pawan Mishra is known as the Liasoning expert of Uttar Pradesh. After starting his work in the field of architecture in 1994, he worked at various firms in Lucknow before setting up his firm Shaleen Consultants in 2004. He later completed his Master’s in Urban Planning from the Government College of Architecture, Lucknow—all while managing a rapidly growing design practice.
